WHO WILL LEAD PORTLAND'S AFRICAN AMERICAN COMMUNITY?

October 2, 2007 -  Portland NAACP Branch president Charlene McGee was asked by The Oregonian to provide her opinion on the state of African American leadership in Portland following the departure in July of Sen.
